Our sand art lessons ( curriculum) includes:
- History of sand art / sand animation;
- Introduction to the work of famous sand art /animation artists;
- Introduction to sand art / sand animation styles;
- Learning the composition in sand art;
- Writing the plot (scenario) for the sand animation story;
- Incorporating of music into plot;
- Practicing different techniques of drawing with sand;
- Creating guided and improvised sand pictures and stories;
- Teaching children to write their own stories;
- Creating sand story based on the senario;
Our principles of teaching:
- We take into account the interest of the child, adapting the structure
of the classes to the considerations for each child;
- We appreciate child's initiative and opinion;
- We encourage questions;
- We support the child in finding their answers to questions rather than
offer standard solutions;
- We create a space for a child to express himself, and do not establish
rigid rules and framework;
